This firm, through energetic proactive management, has built on the wealth of specialist legal experience to create and develop a case management system in anticipation of market changes, which ensures a structured progression of individual cases to their predicted conclusion along a fixed time line. Accordingly, St. Davids is placed in the enviable position of being prepared to embrace the new predicable fee regime, which currently apply to fast track Road Traffic Accidents on or after 23rd October 2003 but may in future apply to all fast track matters.
